Master your Sailing with Spinnaker Techniques in Caernarfon!

As with many things the key to using spinnakers lies in preparation – setting up the gear correctly in the first place will result in a more pleasant spinnaker experience, Introduce you to sailing with an asymmetric spinnaker, providing opportunities to both helm and crew.

Our friendly and experienced instructors will guide participants every step of the way, providing clear instruction, encouragement, and a positive learning environment.We will also provide all necessary personal protective clothing including wetsuits, waterproofs, buoyancy aids and helmets.

Keelboat – RYA Basic Skills (L2)

This two-day RYA Basic Skills (Level 2) course builds upon Level 1, focusing on practical sailing in J80 keelboats on the Menai Strait. You’ll learn improved tacking, gybing, coming alongside moorings, and man overboard recovery. By course end, you should be a competent light-wind sailor, capable of sailing a short course independently with nearby coaching.
